We WATCH I.T. with you

The WATCH service is designed to enable your IT team and includes device security, basic monitoring and access to management tools so your team can respond remotely and rapidly whenever your people need assistance.

Proactive alert notification via e-mail is included. Monthly reports can include inventory, faults and performance.

Keep I.T. RUNning

with all the features of the WATCH service plus user administration and backup monitoring, the RUN service is designed to support IT teams hindered by the daily demands of infrastructure maintenance.

The RUN service augments your staff’s capabilities with insights and expertise, to help ensure your IT environment runs efficiently – with maximum efficiency for your team.

Custom FrameWorks portal and all issues and alerts are tracked through the JustWorks HelpDesk ticketing system.

We MANAGE I.T. for you

With all of the features of the RUN service, plus technical support, cloud backup licensing, custom patch deployment, event monitoring, job scheduling, performance tuning and remote support, the MANAGE service is designed to alleviate stretched internal IT teams.

Freedom from day-to-day IT support and maintenance functions allows your IT staff to focus on more strategic work.

An assigned Customer Technology Manager and web-based HelpDesk for your internal use. Issues can be escalated to JustWorks, outsourced to 3rd parties, or handled by internal IT staff, as you wish.

Complete IT management with HELP desk

Built on all of the features of the MANAGE service, our HELP service extends our amazing Helpdesk support to your people and eases the burden on your IT staff.

Free from day-to-day end user support, your IT staff will be able to focus on strategic applications and design development.

Includes up to ten hours of labor every month to resolve issues that are not covered by the fixed fees.
