All JustWorks customers can use Assist to get technical support and chat directly with our Helpdesk. If their problem cannot be resolved by the agent the issue is immediately escalated to our technicians and engineers with a full history of the enquiry.
Customers with RUN and above access Premium Applications and can add their business information to the knowledge that powers the Assist agent.
