plus backup monitoring and a 10% discount on JustWorks’ standard labor rates, the RUN service is designed for the IT team that is hindered by the daily demands of infrastructure maintenance.

The RUN service augments your current staff’s capabilities with insights and expertise, to help ensure your IT environment runs efficiently – with minimal effort from your own team.

All issues and alerts are tracked through the JustWorks HelpDesk ticketing system.
