Founded in 1996, JustWorks is a privately held company based in Silicon Valley, California. We have offices in San Jose, California and in London, England.

We are primarily a customer service organization… that happens to deliver fixed fee technology solutions to business customers. We understand that it is our service that differentiates us in the marketplace, and we have consistently outperformed industry standards for responsiveness and reliability.

Our fixed fee solutions use standardized, tested and proven system configurations to deliver the highest levels of reliability and serviceability. We create solutions by combining our expertise with hardware, software licensing, facilities and communications and add services delivered by our own employees to create complete solutions for particular needs such as cloud services or managed on site systems. Our customers pay a simple, fixed, monthly fee for each solution, which we guarantee and for which we provide unlimited services that keep the solution available and operational.

JustWorks now delivers and supports our solutions from coast to coast across the USA and in the UK. Click here for examples of what we do for some of our customers. Our fifth generation solutions incorporate Microsoft technologies with VMware infrastructure on Dell hardware. Modules are available that address all the core needs of businesses ranging from 10 to 1,000 employees.
